From Aisle to App

Maharudra Stationery needed a storefront that carried the character of the shop itself, not another interchangeable online store. The challenge was to give it a distinct visual identity while keeping it instantly usable, so a first-time visitor could move through it without a second thought.

We built that identity around a playful, tactile design language and paired it with familiar shopping patterns, so the site feels considered and original but never asks the customer to relearn how to browse, search, or check out. Personality and familiarity usually pull against each other, and the work was in holding both at once.

The harder part was carrying all of that onto mobile, where most customers actually shop. Rather than stripping the design down to a plain mobile layout, we kept the full identity intact on small screens while making every action easy to reach and quick to complete, so the experience stays recognizable whether it opens on a phone or a desktop.
